LUSO 2007 is the Meeting of the Portuguese Students and Researchers in the UK. It will take place in June 9th 2007 and will bring to Cambridge over one hundred participants.

This meeting aims to promote networking among the Portuguese community of students and researchers, to spread information on opportunities in Research and Innovation and to debate issues related to R&D both in Portugal and in the UK.

LUSO 2007 will consist of a series of talks where both students and researchers will share views and experiences about doing research in the UK, a set of presentations offering opportunities for researchers and a debate concerning strategies for improving quality and investment in R&D in Portugal. Coffee-breaks will allow participants to socialise and network. A more detailed programme of the meeting is available.

Only some parts of this website are available in English. The official language of this meeting is Portuguese but we will keep working to make the most of this website available in English.
